Philanthropist, Entrepreneur, and Author, Brandon Alexander rose from humble beginnings in the historic neighborhood of Jamaica, Queens, NY. Raised by a single mother, he understood the meaning of sacrifice and hard work at an early age. Alexander has been writing since he was 9 years old and has since been featured in numerous poetry slam competitions including the New York Knicks Poetry Slam, the Bowery, Trinity College’s Iron Poet Competition and the Royal Purple Lounge, where he earned 1st place.
Combining book knowledge with street instinct, he successfully maneuvers the corporate world with the value of respect and reputation at the helm. Alexander graduated from the University of Connecticut and is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated. When he isn’t writing books, recording music, or motivating the youth, Alexander enjoys Friday nights at The Nuyorican Poets Café in Manhattan.
